Hi, I'm Hannah. I am a person-centered counsellor and psychotherapist.
I provide a safe, confidential space for you to find your way through what you are experiencing. This may mean exploring your past or focusing on the present; exploring your relationships or honing in on the way you feel about yourself. No problem is too big and no issue is off the table. I am a non-judgmental, empathetic listener who has worked with people from all walks of life.
I have helped people struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, agoraphobia, addiction, trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem, toxic workplaces, health anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence.
